Overview:
We are seeking reliable and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
