We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and motivated Multi Skilled Labourer to join our growing team.
The Role
You’ll work alongside our site managers and skilled tradespeople, helping to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work and wants to develop within a growing construction company.
Responsibilities
- General site labouring and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
- Assisting joiners, bricklayers, plasterers and other trades.
- Basic carpentry, patch plastering, snagging and finishing works.
- Loading, unloading and moving materials.
- Receiving and checking deliveries.
- Completing basic demolition and strip-out works.
- Assisting with first and second fix tasks where competent.
- Reporting site issues to the Site Manager.
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety requirements.
- Representing Luelle Construction professionally on every project.
Essential Requirements
- Previous construction site experience.
- CSCS Card.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Good attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and organised.
- Pride in producing high-quality work.
Desirable
- Experience across multiple trades.
- PASMA, IPAF or other site tickets.
- First Aid qualification.
- Own basic hand tools.

Pay: From £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
