Our mission is to create meaningful outcomes through targeted support tailored to each child's needs.
We are looking for motivated, passionate, reliable and friendly individuals to join our team of Youth Workers, providing residential care to children with complex and challenging needs. You will be based at our residential home in Bristol where we currently have full time posts available. This home is a multi placement home.
Full time - typically work two 24 hour shifts or one 24 hour and one 12 hour shift a week. Shifts are flexible and many of our staff enjoy the opportunity to fit their hours around studying or caring commitments. We require staff to work every other weekend.
We offer development training and career progression. All candidates must have a car and undergo an enhanced DBS check to ensure candidates are suitable to work with children.
You must have a driving licence and a car and undergo an enhanced DBS check.
