Job Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced Welding Inspector to join our team.
The role will involve carrying out welding inspection/invigilation activities in accordance with relevant specifications and procedures, assisting with technical queries and completing associated documentation to a professional standard.
This role involves driving to different clients on a daily basis. We will always try to give you client closer to were you are based, but that is not always the case.
Applicants should ideally have:
- At least 1 year’s experience within the welding/fabrication industry
- Good practical knowledge and understanding of welding and common welding processes
- Knowledge of welding carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium
- Understanding of relevant welding standards, including ISO 15614 and ISO 9606-1/2
- An understanding of UKCA/CE Marking requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A full UK driving licence, as the role involves travelling to client sites across the UK

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,350.00 per year
