About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Front of House Member to help lead our service team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a busy hospitality environment, leads by example, and takes ownership of service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management team in day-to-day operations.
- Lead shifts and supervise front-of-house staff.
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Coach and develop junior team members.
- Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Calm under pressure and solution-focused.
- Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
Pay: £10.85-£13.50 per hour
