We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Send.

We are looking for an experienced, empathetic, caring and hardworking Carer to join our team in caring for our client in their own home.

- About the role:
Our Care Assistants provide support to our clients, in their own homes by assisting with:
- Outings, activities, errands
- Grocery shopping and meal preparation
- Personal care requirements like showering, catheter care and bowel management
- Light household cleaning and domestic assistance
- Support with medication
What you will need:
- Experience of working with spinal injury patients
- Full UK Driving License
- A reliable nature
- A flexible approach & ability to think on your feet
- Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent NVQ/QCF L2
- Experience of working in a care environment/ caring for others
