Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Training:
- Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Conduct regular training sessions to uphold service standards and company policies.
- Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
- Guest Experience Management:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and feedback.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of front-of-house supplies.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on service performance and guest satisfaction.
Average hours of 25-30 a week. will be required to be flexible.
Pay including service charge can range between £15-£18 per hour.
