About Us

With a unique setup, we ensure the right expertise aligns with client needs, fostering success. If you have a passion for e-commerce and a drive to deliver exceptional results, we want to hear from you. Roar is part of Infinity Blue Group, which is a global accelerator partner for ambitious and growing brands.
Key Responsibilities
As E-commerce Manager, you will take commercial ownership of our e-commerce clients, planning the campaigns that drive their growth, directing the priorities of the e-commerce delivery team, and getting hands-on with clients' Shopify sites to improve conversion.
- Commercial Ownership & Campaign Planning:
o Own the commercial performance of e-commerce clients week to week and month to month, working within a longer-term strategy set at leadership level.
o Plan campaigns that address the whole funnel for each client and brief content directly, working closely with the client-facing team who hold the relationship and brand throughout.
o Identify and act on opportunities to grow client accounts.
- Team Direction and Collaboration:
o Direct the priorities of the e-commerce delivery team so their work is consistently focused on driving sales, not just BAU upkeep.
o Work closely with internal teams (content, design, and client-facing) to deliver high-quality campaigns and projects.
- Website Optimisation and CRO:
o Run regular audits of client Shopify sites across the full customer journey - landing pages, navigation, product pages, checkout - to identify friction and conversion opportunities.
o Build fixes directly, including page layout, copy, navigation, checkout and basic Liquid/theme edits.
o Set up, run and monitor A/B tests to validate improvements.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
o Own weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and commercial data analysis for e-commerce clients.
o Use data-driven decision-making to refine campaign and CRO priorities and improve ROI for clients.
- Industry Knowledge and Best Practice:
o Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, tools and platform updates, translating them into concrete client recommendations.
o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4 and CRO best practice.

- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in GA4 and Klaviyo, and the ability to turn data into commercial decisions.
