Voltage Fitness is looking for a motivated, ambitious and professional Personal Trainer to join our team on a self-employed, performance-based basis.
This is an opportunity for a PT who wants to build their own client base, develop professionally and earn based on their performance. Potential earnings are up to £40,000 per year, depending on client numbers, performance and commitment.
The Role
As a Personal Trainer at Voltage Fitness, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality personal training sessions
- Supporting clients to achieve their fitness and performance goals
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Developing and growing your own client base
- Supporting gym marketing and promotional activities
- Maintaining a professional and positive gym environment
- Helping with the general cleaning, organisation and tidiness of the facility
- Working collaboratively with the Voltage Fitness team
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong fitness and training knowledge
- Previous gym or personal training experience
- Good understanding of marketing and client acquisition
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A professional, hardworking and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong motivation to grow and develop within the fitness industry
- Willingness to contribute to the cleanliness and upkeep of the gym
