Your duties will include:
- Manage the opening of the bar.
- Serve beverages & food to customers.
- Keep bar clean, tidy and hygienic at all times.
- Work Safely around bar equipment & report any concerns to Management.
- Maintain accurate food & drink ordering and stocking levels, including materials to meet customer expectation.
- Carry out instructions as given by management.
