AccountingCPD is one of the leading online CPD platforms for accounting professionals — and we're growing. We're looking for a B2B Marketing Manager who loves the freedom to lead, works brilliantly alongside collaborative and curious minds, and understands exactly how great marketing drives business growth.
This is a role for someone who's ready to own it from day one.
What you'll be doing
You'll lead B2B marketing strategy and execution for AccountingCPD — building quarterly plans, breaking them into tasks, driving the ones that need your hand and delegating the ones that don't. You'll work within an eight-person marketing team that operates across both B2B and B2C, reporting directly to the Marketing Director, and bringing focus, structure, and momentum to the B2B side of the business.
You'll be working alongside a talented team, with the opportunity to build and lead your own B2B function as the business grows.
What we're looking for
You have at least seven years of B2B marketing experience and a track record that proves it. You plan thoroughly, execute with confidence, and take every task to its logical conclusion — because seeing something through to the end is something you take pride in.
You're exceptionally tech-savvy. WordPress, Zapier, CRM platforms, and marketing automation are tools you're already at home with, and you know how to use them to work smarter and move faster. You have a strong eye for how information is presented — whether that means designing something yourself or crafting a page, a deck, or a document that simply looks right.
Commercially, you get it. You know which activities move the needle, you prioritise with purpose, and you bring your own judgement to every decision you make — backing it with clarity and results.
And beyond all of that, you're someone the team will look up to. Not because of your title, but because of how you show up.
What we offer
