Evening Mobile Area Cleaning Manager
Monday to Friday 5pm to 8pm, 15 hours a week, no weekends required
4 Weeks Holidays, plus Bank Holidays
We are looking for a proactive Area Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations across various sites in Wilmslow, Handforth, Cheadle Hulme and Wythenshawe areas, ensuring good standards of cleanliness are maintained. You will lead, motivate and support our on-site cleaning teams, and single cleaner sites ensuring they have the equipment, chemicals and guidance needed to carry out their work to a good standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support cleaning teams across different sites.
- Ensure cleaning schedules are completed and quality standards are maintained.
- Carry out regular site inspections and cleaning audits.
- Build and maintain a good staff relationships, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Ensure teams have the necessary cleaning supplies, chemicals and equipment.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- Good leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to motivate and support teams to deliver consistently good standards.
