Lorax EPI are looking to recruit an EPR Reporting Analyst to support the accurate and timely preparation, validation, and submission of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reports for clients across multiple jurisdictions. This role focuses on hands-on data handling, quality assurance, and report generation, progressing to full responsibility for low-risk and templated report submissions under the supervision of senior colleagues.

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 1 year's experience within a reporting analyst role. Product and packaging data experience would be an advantage along with advanced Excel skills.
Key skills and experience:
- Demonstrable experience working with data accurately and consistently, with a methodical and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel including use of formulas, sorting, filtering, and data manipulation and ideally experienced in using CRM tools
- Strong sense of accountability and personal ownership
- Able to follow defined processes while maintaining flexibility when priorities shift.
- Team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry experience is desirable, although full training and support will be provided.
In this role, you will:
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and loading of client data for EPR reporting.
- Conduct data quality assurance checks and manage file structures according to internal processes.
- Maintain accurate and well-organised file management systems to support efficient report workflows.
- Learn and apply jurisdiction-specific EPR reporting requirements under supervision.
- Support the generation of templated or low-risk reports, working closely with more senior team members.
- Flag potential data quality issues or inconsistencies in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal reporting templates and QA processes.
- Keep records of client interactions and submission milestones in internal systems.
- Develop a working knowledge of different EPR schemes and contribute to team knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Ensure strict adherence to data security protocols and maintain the confidentiality of all client data and identifying information in line with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Carry out any other duties deemed appropriate as and when necessary.

Hybrid Statement
This role requires full-time office attendance during the initial probation period to ensure effective onboarding and collaboration with the team. Upon successful completion of probation, and with the agreement of your manager, the role can transition to a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for up to 3 days of remote work per week, depending on business needs and team requirements.
