Cinemotion Pictures UK is a luxury wedding photography and videography company specialising in cinematic wedding films and high-end wedding productions across the UK and internationally.
We are currently looking for a confident and motivated Sales Assistant / Telesales Executive to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking with clients over the phone, building strong relationships, and confidently guiding enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Speaking with potential clients over phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries
- Following up with leads and converting enquiries into bookings
- Understanding client requirements and recommending suitable packages
- Building rapport and maintaining a professional but friendly approach
- Managing enquiries and updating client information through CRM systems
- Supporting the team with general sales and client communication
- Handling client follow-ups and maintaining strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of telesales or sales experience
- Previous experience using CRM systems
- Strong confidence when communicating with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organised, proactive, and self-motivated
- Experience within the wedding, events, photography, or videography industry is preferred but not essential

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
