Customer Service Advisor
TH March are looking for somebody to join the Personal Insurances Department in our National Service Centre to assist customers with their standalone jewellery insurance.
We are looking for people who can display exceptional levels of customer service, who have excellent attention to detail and who are committed team players.

The Role
The main purpose of the role is to undertake designated duties within the Personal Insurances Department, taking incoming phone calls from customers looking to insure their jewellery or amend their existing policy. Other duties could include administrative work, emails, outbound telephone calls and much more. Your day will be varied and no two the same.
You will receive in depth training from our dedicated training team on site who will be on hand at all times to assist with any questions you may have.
To begin with, you will partake in training, following a detailed training plan which is carried out over approximately 20 weeks. The training plan will cover all aspects of the job, from learning a phone script, the policy administration system, different midterm adjustments, to underwriting.
What is underwriting?
Underwriting is the process through which we review the risk (i.e. what is being insured which could be an item/s of jewellery or watch, the policy holder, the wearer etc), consider offering insurance cover subject to various terms and conditions, in return for a fee (premium).
The Details
We offer full training support and sponsorship to gain industry professional qualifications and there is a contractual requirement to gain the Certificate in Insurance qualification within a 15 month period. You will receive a financial bonus award upon completion.
This role is based in a fast-paced office environment where you are always supported to do your best.
The start date for this role is 8 September 2026. This role is 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm with a 1 hour lunch.
