We are looking to recruit a Female part time carer required to care for a woman with Cerebral palsy who lives in her own home, duties will include. but not limited to,
Help with morning routine, dressing, making breakfast, and physiotherapy exercises. helping plan the day ahead
the client likes to get out in the afternoon, and being involved in community activities, as well as well as shopping trips, cinema, seated yoga. and a second physiotherapy session in the afternoon.
the client requires support with preparing evening meal and help with personal care ie, toileting, washing, changing into night clothes.
staff are also required to complete domestic tasks before night staff arrive
Successful candidates will be expected to provide high standards of care, promote independence, and support clients with their daily living activities while always maintaining dignity and respect.
Hours Available
- Permanent Wednesday and Saturday
- 7.30am-8.30pm
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS
Essential Skills
- 3 months previous care experience within UK
- Experience with administration of medication
- We are accepting Female staff
- Needs to be able to attend training based in Kings Norton B30
