Qualification

A degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operational Research, Computer Science, Social Research; and/or another relevant analytical discipline, or relevant demonstrable experience delivering complex analytical and performance measurement work. (A)

Essential Criteria
- Ability to produce clear, accurate and well-structured written communication tailored to the appropriate audience, including senior leaders, technical colleagues and non-technical users. (A, I, P)

Ability to analyse user journeys, conversion funnels, and digital service performance using web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, or similar). (A, I, P)
If you are successful following the sift stage, you will be invited to a first stage interview, via MS Teams; this will include the following assessment:

Technical - you will be assessed across your technical expertise and acumen, in relation to the essential criteria
- Questions - You will be assessed across your technical expertise and acumen, in relation to the essential criteria and the DDAT Capability Framework - Lead Performance Analyst.
If you are successful following the first stage interview, you will be invited to a second stage interview, at 1 Horse Guards Road, London; this will include the following assessment:

- Presentation - a short presentation, this will be a topic determined by UKEF and will need to be prepared in advanced. (Lead criteria in the event of tied scoring)
Details of interview panel members will be e-mailed to all successful candidates who are invited for interview.
