An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our thriving Plymouth team, supporting a large and varied portfolio of residential rental properties across the South Devon area. Hours
Full-time Role:
9:00 to 5:30 weekdays, plus a one-in-four Saturday shift, 9am 'til 1pm
About the Role
As a Lettings Manager, you'll be the friendly and dependable point of contact for our Rental Applicants, Landlords, Tenants and internal teams. You'll need to provide clear guidance, confident communication and an exceptional service from start to finish.
Compliance plays a key part in this role, and you'll help ensure our clients remain fully aligned with the latest residential lettings legislation.
Working as part of a close-knit, multi-skilled team, you'll play an essential role in delivering a smooth, positive experience to every client — consistently aiming not just to meet expectations, but exceed them.
This is a fast-paced, rewarding position, ideal for someone who can multitask, prioritize effectively and stay calm under pressure; This is a full time role.

- Confidence under pressure and strong problem-solving abilities

- Strong MS Office skills
- A full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
