PASSIONATE, RESULT-DRIVEN OSTEOPATH. CLAPHAM JUNCTION. SELF EMPLOYED.
Most osteopaths work alone in a room. You don't have to.
Revitalis is a multidisciplinary MSK and performance clinic located in the pulsating hearth of Battersea, a minute walking from Clapham Junction Station. Revitalis is built on one method: Rehabilitate, Integrate, Regenerate. We pride ourselves on creating the best ecosystem for our practitioners to thrive, develop and provide a cutting edge support to our community.
Integrated means the patient in front of you is not limited to what you personally can offer. Physiotherapy, sports massage, strength and conditioning, whole body cryotherapy and shockwave sit in the same building, and you decide what the patient needs. The chronic case you would normally treat and re treat becomes a clinic-shared rehab programme. The acute presentation gets cryo and shockwave alongside your hands. You own the outcome from first assessment through to discharge, with a team around you to get them there.
Where this leads
We are building relationships with diagnostic imaging partners and a UK university research group. The direction is a clinic that measures its outcomes properly and publishes them, with postgraduate research routes for the people who want them. If that is the kind of clinic you want to help build, we should talk.
What you earn
- 40% fee share, rising to 50% on sustained performance
- Cryotherapy commission: 15- 20%
- Potential earnings, 3 shifts per week: £3,000+ per month
- Full time potential: £65,000+ per year
- Expected volume: 6 to 10 patients per shift
- Target: 70% diary utilisation within 3 months
Commission scheme is reviewed against evidence, discussed with you in person, and confirmed in writing before anything changes. Nothing moves silently.
What you get
Equipment most clinics do not carry: MECOTEC whole body cryotherapy, shockwave, biometric testing and running assessment.
A multidisciplinary team in the same building, so the complex case becomes a conversation rather than a referral letter.
Documented coaching on caseload building. We have taken practitioners from single figure rebooking rates into the high twenties and climbing. We will teach you the method and hold you to it.
Full gym access, internal CPD, wellbeing programmes.
Who this is right for
If you love what you do and you're passionate about helping patients in their recovery, this is it. If you're open to a new approach towards MSK rehabilitation, this is it. If you truly believe that what you do can change people lives, this is definitely it.
Who this is wrong for
If you want a diary someone else exclusively fills for you, this is not it. If you are uncomfortable talking to a patient about a course of care, this is not it. If you think you can't progress in your career any further, this is definitely not it.
