Job Title: Powder Coat Sprayer

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled or semi-skilled Powder Coat Sprayer with a passion for quality and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will operate our state-of-the-art Gema powder coating line, ensuring the highest standards of quality, productivity, and process development. Key Responsibilities:
- Powder Coating Application: Apply powder coatings to products, ensuring consistent quality and finish.
- Process Improvement & Fault Finding: Identify issues in the coating process and troubleshoot effectively. Contribute to the development and optimization of application processes.
- Equipment Maintenance: Carry out daily maintenance checks and minor repairs to ensure smooth operation of equipment.
- Paint Scheme Development: Collaborate in creating and refining paint schemes on the Gema plant.
- Maintain Work Area: Ensure the finishing facilities are kept clean, organized, and meet quality standards.
- Skills Development: Continuously develop your technical knowledge and skills, particularly related to the Gema plant, system limitations, and opportunities for improving productivity.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience in powder coating or a related field is essential.
- Basic knowledge of the powder coating process , including equipment operation and maintenance.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
