Project Coordinator – Residential Renewables & Retrofit

About the Role
We are seeking proactive and highly organised Project Coordinators to support the delivery of residential renewable and retrofit (PAS 2030/PAS 2035) programmes. Working closely with Project Managers and Site Teams, you will ensure projects run smoothly, documentation is accurate and progress is effectively monitored across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project programmes, schedules, logistics, and documentation
- Liaise with Site Managers, contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Track project progress, materials, procurement, and milestone delivery
- Support the preparation of compliance, quality, and handover documentation
- Maintain organised project records, reports, and communication flows
- Assist with day‑to‑day project administration to keep operations efficient
Preferable Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project coordination within construction, retrofit, or renewable energy
- Experience in one or more PAS 2030 retrofit measures is advantageous, including:
- Insulation
- Scaffolding
- Reroofing
- Solar PV & battery installation
- Windows and doors installation
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to support multiple teams and workstreams simultaneously
Desirable Experience
- Experience in retrofit, renewables, or social housing projects
- Understanding of certification processes, compliance requirements, or PAS documentation
- Knowledge of energy efficiency, residential upgrades, or sustainability‑focused programmes

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
