Musical Theatre Teacher – Join a Leading Oxford Dance Academy
Mini Professionals Dance Academy (MPDA) is one of Oxford’s leading and fastest-growing dance schools, with studios in the heart of Kidlington and additional venues across Bicester and Abingdon.
We are currently looking for a passionate and reliable Musical Theatre Teacher to join our team, with immediate start available. This is a fantastic opportunity to direct our stage school classes and become part of a thriving, supportive environment with ongoing work and room to grow.
Available Teaching Hours
Saturday Mornings Kidlington:
- Stage School (tinies age 3-7, mids age 8-11 and baby MT)
- Children’s Dance Classes (TBC)
But plenty of other potential hours during the weekday evenings and across the weekend, so we'd love to hear from you if you are eager to commit.
About the Role
You’ll be teaching a variety of classes across different age groups. We are hiring multiple roles, so please do reach out even if you can only commit to one of the days above. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about inspiring students through dance.
What We’re Looking For
- A skilled and confident dance/singing/musical theatre teacher
- Passion for working with both children and adults is a bonus.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
Requirements (Preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ teaching experience
- Enhanced DBS certificate (this can be arranged for the appropriate candidate)
