About the role
This is a casual, as-and-when required position working at our Silverlake site.

What you’ll be doing:
· Ensuring that customers are given diligent safety briefings before their hire period.
· Answering inquiries from guests about appropriate equipment for them.
· Prepare welcome packs, keys, and relevant property and estate information.
- Act as the main contact point for guest queries, requests, and service needs during their stay.
- Handle any complaints or issues with urgency, escalating to relevant departments where needed.
- Carry out pre-arrival inspections to ensure properties are fully prepared to the required standards.
- Maintain daily logs of guest arrivals, departures, property issues, and service notes.
- Process incidental payments and charges (e.g. for extras, firewood, or late check-outs).
