Chef de Partie – Borgo Antica Osteria
Borgo Antica Osteria is looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated section of the kitchen while ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize your assigned section of the kitchen.
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard.
- Ensure mise en place is completed efficiently before each service.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and report ordering requirements.
- Support and guide Commis Chefs and junior team members.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for Italian cuisine and high-quality ingredients.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
