Our Advice & Guidance team is expanding, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Learning Curve Team Leader to join us at Suffolk New College!

As a Team Leader, you will support, motivate and develop a dedicated team, ensuring learners receive an exceptional student experience throughout their learning journey. You'll play a key role in driving performance, maintaining high standards and creating a positive, learner-focused culture.
