Duties
- Working with EMS Airflow Master equipment with expertise in the GBT protocols.
- Perform thorough dental hygiene treatments with focus on effectiveness and patient comfort, empathising with their condition and positively motivating them to improve their oral health as part of the established link to general health
- Conduct oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and identifying early signs of dental issues.
- Liaising with in-house periodontist
- (therapists) provision of restorative dental procedures where appropriate such as fillings and other restorative treatments with collaboration with dentist colleagues.
- Educate and motivate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, dietary advice, and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain detailed patient records, treatment plans, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop personalised care plans that meet each patient’s needs.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist or Therapist in a U.K. clinical setting.
- Knowledge of dental procedures, infection control protocols, and patient management.
