Overview
We are seeking a self motivated Direct Sales Double Glazing professional to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients to promote and sell double glazing solutions directly in home, ensuring excellent customer service and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage their sales pipeline effectively. Duties
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients, explaining the benefits of double glazing products.
- All leads provided.
- Negotiate prices and terms with clients to secure successful sales agreements.
- Manage appointments, follow-ups, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions using IT tools.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent progress towards sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and providing tailored solutions.
- Drive company vehicle to visit clients at their premises efficiently and safely.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2C sales or direct sales roles, preferably within the home improvement or window industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in IT systems for managing customer data and sales records.
- Outstanding organisational skills with effective time management to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional approach at all times.
- Ability to work independently whilst maintaining motivation and focus on targets. Pay: £55,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
