We are looking for a highly experienced, detail-focused Carpenter / Builder to join our team on a self-employed CIS basis. Our work is exclusively high-end residential, delivering bespoke extensions and new-build homes where quality, precision, and finish matter. We have a busy, secure workload right through 2026.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 10 years’ trade experience in both Carpentry and Building
- Strong background in high-end residential construction
- A craftsman who takes genuine pride in precision, clean lines, and fine finishes
- Confident delivering work that stands up to close inspection and exacting standards
- Comfortable working from architect and structural drawings, setting out accurately
- A team player who communicates well, but equally capable of working independently and taking responsibility for their work
Essential Requirements
- Self-employed & CIS registered
- Own van and full range of professional tools
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Reliable, organised, and respectful on high-end residential sites
Role Details
- Local projects around Haywards Heath
- Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Weekly pay (one week in hand)
- Uniform tops provided
