We’re looking for a Senior Aesthetic Therapist to join our Wimbledon clinic.
Wellface is an award-winning, doctor-led aesthetics and skin health clinic known for delivering natural, refined results. Our focus is on long-term skin health, collagen stimulation, and combining treatments to achieve real, lasting outcomes.
This is a senior role suited to someone with significant experience in advanced skin treatments and a strong understanding of skin analysis and treatment planning, not just treatment delivery.
You will be working with a high-value, loyal patient base and delivering a range of advanced treatments including Hydrafacial, RF microneedling (Morpheus8), BBL laser, skin peels, and regenerative treatments such as PRP, exosomes, and polynucleotides.
We are looking for someone who can confidently assess skin, carry out detailed skin analysis, build long-term treatment plans, and combine multiple modalities to deliver visible, consistent results.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 4–5+ years experience in a high-end aesthetic or skin clinic
- Strong experience with advanced technologies including Hydrafacial, Morpheus8, BBL laser and skin rejuvenation devices
- Confident in performing detailed skin analysis and creating long-term treatment plans
- Proven ability to deliver real patient outcomes, not just treatments
- Confident consultation style with strong patient retention
- A results-driven mindset with attention to detail
