Reporting to: Site Manager
Location: South Lanarkshire & East Ayrshire
Salary: Dependant on experience
Working Hours: 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 3.30pm on Friday
Principle Accountabilities:
- Installing Kitchens
- Installing Bathroom wet wall panels
- Strapping and sheeting walls
- Boxing in pipework
- Forming bulkheads
- Plywood to floors
- Kitchen Repairs/Alterations
- Void repair Works
- Window Repairs
- Fitting of Pass Doors
Person Specification:
- Experience of working on social housing projects is preferred
- Internal Building Refurbishment experience
- Driving Licence
- Proven track record of on time, high quality project delivery
- Clear communicator
- Self-motivated and organised
