The Role
PART TIME of FULL TIME availability
A dynamic, floor-based coaching position where performance, personality and professionalism matter.
You’ll be:
- Delivering high-impact 1-2-1 and small group PT sessions
- Driving Club membership sales with confidence and integrity
- Playing an active role in member retention and engagement
- Leading inductions, consultations and classes with professionalism
- Owning the member journey from first visit to long-term loyalty
- Bringing visible, infectious Positive Energie to the gym floor every shift
This is a commercially focused role. You must be comfortable showcasing your Sales, Retention, Fitness, and Member Experience skill sets with clarity and confidence.
What/ Who We’re Looking For
- Previous commercial gym experience (essential)
- A proven ability to generate and close Club membership sales
- Strong retention awareness and relationship-building skills
- Confident communicator with natural presence
- High standards of coaching delivery
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-driven
- 110% `can do` attitude
