We are looking for an experienced Floor Layer for ongoing void and property refurbishment works across South London.
You should have experience with:
- Safety flooring / Polysafe
- Sheet vinyl flooring
- Preparing subfloors
- Latex/self-levelling screed
- Cutting, fitting and finishing
- Making good and leaving a professional finish
Experience working in social housing or void properties would be an advantage.
You must have your own tools and transport and be reliable and available for ongoing jobs.
Pay: £180–£220 per day depending on experience/job requirements.
