Risk: Lead the identification, assessment and management of strategic, operational and clinical risks, maintaining risk registers and ensuring effective mitigation plans are implemented across services.
Management: Provide leadership, line management and professional development for the Patient Safety team, ensuring a high-performing and effective governance function.
Business Development: Support business growth by contributing governance expertise to tender responses, service development and mobilisation activities, ensuring compliance and quality are embedded from inception.
Experience managing quality assurance, compliance frameworks and governance processes to support strategic, national and local organisational objectives.
