We’re recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a modern mixed practice in Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to take over an established patient list from an existing Associate Dentist who is leaving due to career progression, offering immediate earning potential and excellent scope for private growth.
About the Role:
- Start Date: September 2026 - Flexible
- Days Available: Monday/Tuesday/Friday and potential for a Thursday Morning
- Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- UDA Rate: Negotiable
- Private Split: 50%
- Lab Bills: 50%
- Patient List: Established list inherited from departing Associate Dentist
- Private Potential: Strong private earning opportunities
- Payment: Monthly
- Experience: Suitable for newly qualified and experienced dentists
Practice Details:
- Type: Mixed NHS & Private Practice
- Surgeries: 3 brand-new, fully equipped surgeries
- Software: Pearl Dental Software
- 3 Hygienists on site
- Implant Surgeon / Oral Surgeon
- Experienced Dental Nurses
- Supportive Practice Manager
- Principal Dentist is an Educational Supervisor, providing excellent support for newly qualified dentists
- Parking: Free on-site parking

- OPG Scanner/ CBCT Scanner / Rotary Endodontics /Invisalign Facilities Modern digital workflow
Requirements:
- GDC Registered Dentist
- NHS Performer Number required
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Suitable for newly qualified and experienced clinicians
