Location: Hammersmith, London (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per year (depending on experience)

We are looking for an experienced BI & Data Analyst to join our Systems, Technology, Engineering & Data (STED) team and help drive business performance through data, reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Write and optimise SQL Server queries
- Deliver actionable business insights through data analysis
- Manage forecasting and KPI reporting templates
- Build and improve ETL and data automation processes
- Support stakeholders with reporting and data requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity and reporting quality
- Support API integrations and database developments
Essential Skills & Experience
- 3+ years' experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Reporting
- Strong SQL Server and query optimisation skills
- Advanced Power BI experience
- Experience with ETL, data modelling and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
- Experience within healthcare, social care or multi-site organisations
- Knowledge of SSRS
- API integration experience
- Understanding of data governance and data quality principles
