Orka Financial is working with a well established business based in Richmond, who are looking to bring an experienced Credit Controller on board as soon as possible on a fixed-term basis.
Responsibilities

Managing and monitoring customer credit limits and risk exposure
- Conducting credit checks and setting up new customer accounts
- Producing and reviewing aged debtor reports (30/60/90+ days)
- Proactively chasing overdue invoices via phone, email, and written communication
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage timely payments
- Negotiating payment plans and resolving outstanding balances
- Investigating and resolving invoice queries or disputes efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in credit control and collections
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Confident handling difficult conversations with customers.
