We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our busy establishment. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes served.
- Supervise daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and training new team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety policies across all areas of the restaurant.
- Manage food production processes to optimise efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist with serving customers when necessary, providing excellent customer care and resolving any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy periods.
- Monitor stock levels, order supplies as needed, and manage inventory efficiently.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Experience in food safety standards and procedures.
- Knowledge of food production processes, culinary techniques, and service protocols.
- Previous restaurant experience is essential; hotel or barista experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £12.21-£16.03 per hour
