What You’ll Bring to the Team
- A Full UK Driving License (Essential): You must be comfortable driving manual vehicles to help our service users attend appointments and social activities.
- Empathy & Patience: You understand that everyone communicates differently and celebrate progress in all its forms.

Your Typical Day
- Empowerment: Teaching life skills that help individuals maintain their independence and reach their personal goals.
- Community Connection: Accompanying service users as they access local resources and build social relationships to prevent isolation.
- Daily Support: Assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, and household tasks like shopping, cleaning, and managing bills.
- Health & Nutrition: Preparing healthy meals and snacks while promoting overall physical and mental wellbeing.
- Professionalism: Maintaining accurate records, attending team meetings, and following all SSSC Codes of Practice and company policies.
