Responsibilities :
As Business Manager, you will be guiding customers through the finance and insurance journey while ensuring FCA compliance.
Oversee day-to-day control of new and used car sales activity, helping to meet and exceed targets.
Support the Sales Manager in managing stock, pricing strategies, and performance reporting.
Coach and mentor the sales team, driving motivation, professionalism, and
Maintain strong relationships with both customers and our finance partners.
What We’re Looking For:
A proven track record in automotive sales, with a clear understanding of F&I products and dealership processes.
Strong leadership potential, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Working Pattern:
You will work an average of 5.5 days per week over a 4-week period, including weekend working.
