Post Title: MetalworkDresser Operator
We are currently recruiting for an experienced metalwork Dresser.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Selection of correct grinding pads for parts to be dressed.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Dress welds and surfaces as required to achieve a high standard of finish
- Check quality of finish to ensure it’s cosmetically acceptable for painted parts.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested commensurate with your skills, knowledge and ability in the interests of the Company.
KPI’s
- Meeting and satisfying Company quality requirements, standards, procedures, timescales and expectations.
- Meeting and satisfying Company HSE requirements, standards, procedures, timescales and expectations.
Health and Safety responsibilities
- Co-operate with Company in compliance with HSE legislation.
- Comply with Company HSE policy and procedures at all times
- Lead by example and promote Company HSE policy and procedures.
About you
- Skilled/Semi-skilled operator with dressing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of grinders, orbitals and finishing to high standard.
- Reliable with good time keeping and attendance.
- Willing to work overtime as and when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00-£18.15 per hour
