Job Summary
Butlers Automotive is a family business situated in the heart of Barnsley Town Centre, and has been supplying Motor Vehicle Parts to both Trade and Retail for over 50 years. We have a small warehouse of around 5000 sq ft and due to continued growth we are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Operator to join our busy team in the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Put stock away in the correct location
Picking stock for deliveries
Assisting the goods in department in checking of incoming stock
Paint mixing
Maintain a clean and tidy workspace ensuring that the warehouse is tidy at all times
Carry out regular stock checks.
Experience
The ideal candidate will be familiar with stock rotation, and be able to organise stock on the shelves in an orderly manner.
Should be able to work on own initiative
Hours of work at 42 1/2 hours per week within the core hours of the business opening hour 8.00am - 5.30pm. Saturday hours are on a rota basis 8.00am to 3.00pm
Minimum wage applies.
