Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our client within the manufacturing team on a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining various manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Your mechanical knowledge, hands-on skills, and ability to work safely will be essential to delivering high-quality products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision and teamwork drive success.
Responsibilities
- Operate and oversee machinery involved within the production and manufacturing department
- Assist with setup of machines
- Handle materials efficiently within the factory environment, ensuring proper storage and movement of raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, machine logs, and safety checks
- Load and unload machines with materials and ingredient's
Experience
- Prior experience operating manufacturing machinery in a food or production environment is highly desirable
- Strong mechanical aptitude combined with good communication skills to work effectively within a team
