This role is an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated Early Years team, working within our new two-year-old provision at this delightful primary school in Richmond. You will play a key role in creating a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment where our youngest children can thrive, learn and grow.
We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated and enthusiastic individual who understands the importance of early childhood development and is committed to providing the very best start for every child. The successful candidate will support children's learning through play, help to develop their communication, social and emotional skills, and foster strong, positive relationships with children and their families.

We are seeking someone who s our commitment to inclusion, can inspire curiosity and confidence in young learners, and will contribute positively to our ambitious vision for all children to flourish. While this role will initially be based within the two-year-old provision, there may be opportunities to work across other areas of the school as required.
The successful candidate will be:
- A calm and nurturing individual
- Have some experience working with pupils with additional needs
- Able to support pupils emotional well being
- Willing to undertake CPD and coaching from within school
- Confident to use their own initiative, implement new strategies and take on board advice from external agencies
