Bartender – The Cavendish Pub, Marylebone (W1G 9TR)
The Cavendish is a busy, quality‑driven Marylebone pub known for great service, great drinks, and a tight, supportive team. We’re looking for a Bartender who brings energy, consistency, and pride to every shift — both behind the bar and on the floor.
The role
- Deliver warm, confident service at the bar and on the floor
- Run both bar and floor shifts with consistency and professionalism
- Make cocktails, pour pints, and maintain high drink standards
- Keep the bar organised, clean, and fully stocked
- Support the team during busy services
- Engage regulars and build a welcoming atmosphere

- Strong pub or bar experience
- Comfortable working both bar and floor shifts
- Fast, calm, and reliable under pressure
- Great communication and a positive attitude
- Someone who cares about service, teamwork, and consistency
