About ELA
ELA delivers high-quality apprenticeships, standalone qualifications and short courses. We have expertise across a specific range of sectors and have established dedicated Business Units to deliver teaching and learning as specialist teams. Our Business Portfolio team delivers apprenticeships and qualifications in Project Management, Data, Cyber Security, AI & Automation and Leadership & Management.
We have a huge passion for delivering learning that makes a real difference — not training for training’s sake.
ELA is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults at risk. The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Role Purpose
This role sits at the heart of ELA’s Business Portfolio delivery. We are growing our Data and AI offer significantly, and this post has been created to meet the demand generated by the expansion of our Data Apprenticeships and the launch of our new AI programmes, including the AI Leadership Apprenticeship Units and the L4 AI & Automation Practitioner standard. We also deliver Cyber and Networking Apprenticeships within the Business Portfolio.
The role combines inspirational workshop delivery with structured portfolio coaching and learner support. You will carry a caseload of apprentices working in their places of employment, delivering sessions online and on-site, supporting evidence generation and driving timely progression to completion.
The ‘Senior’ element of the role involves supporting curriculum and business development activity when required, and contributing to the continuous improvement of quality and teaching standards across the Business Portfolio team.
You will report to the Operations Manager for this provision, who sits within the Operations structure reporting to the Head of Operations and COO.
