We are currently looking to recruit a Thai Chef to assist our successful team and to work in Bicesters very own Trinity Cabbages & Condoms world famous restaurant.
The chef position will suit a strong all rounder with passion and flair and an ability to encourage younger members of the kitchen brigade. We’re looking for a chef who’s a natural and thrives during peak hours, someonewith a background that can manage both high volume and quality. It goes without saying that you’ll need to be a great communicator for both kitchen and front of house staff.
Food safety is as important to us as quality and speed and you’ll already have a no-compromise attitude towards the meticulous management of food safety in the kitchen.
You will also be trained to our required standards by our Thai Head chef from our head office in Bangkok, Thailand.
SALARY – Competitive – dependent on experience + Bens + bonus + subsidise housing.
