Are you passionate about your profession?
Would you like to share your knowledge with others?
The Construction Team at Milton Keynes College are looking to appoint a knowledgeable and skilled painting and decorating professional. As a Course Team Leader for Painting and Decorating, you will be working collaboratively within the wider team.
Students studying for a career in the Painting and Decorating trade will benefit from your invaluable hands-on experience and gain the knowledge they need to enter the construction industry whilst learning in a safe and industry standard environment.
As a successful Painting & Decorating Teacher, you will truly inspire them and provide students with a positive learning experience. You will be supporting them with their learning, enabling them to achieve success through not only qualifications, but developing the confidence and softer skills that they can apply to employment.
We are keen to hear from candidates already working within Education, or those coming from Trade who want to share their industry knowledge with bright and enthusiastic students. No formal teaching qualifications? Don’t let this put you off… If you are a passionate person with the capacity to become a great teacher we can provide the training to help you achieve your full potential, just as we expect you to be able to help our students achieve theirs.
