We're hiring Recruitment Consultants to join CMC Partners in Central London.
This is a role for people who thrive in sales environments, enjoy building relationships, and want their earnings and progression to be directly tied to their performance.
Whether you're currently working in sales, business development, recruitment, estate agency, automotive sales, telesales, or another commercially focused role, we'll provide the platform, training, and support to help you build a successful career in Executive Search.
What the role actually looks like
You'll be trained from day one in Executive Search, working across specialist niches within the US Construction industry.
In simple terms, you'll be:
- Winning new business and developing long-term client relationships
- Identifying and head-hunting senior professionals across your market
- Managing negotiations between candidates and clients
- Running full recruitment processes from first conversation through to offer
- Building and owning your own specialist market
At its core, recruitment is a relationship-driven sales business. Success comes from building credibility, creating opportunities, and consistently delivering results for clients and candidates.
It's demanding, but you'll be supported closely while you learn.

In your first year, you should expect £50,000-£60,000 OTE, with uncapped commission up to 60%. If you perform, there's no ceiling. Some of our top performers have gone far beyond that.

Training & environment

This is an office-based, high-performance environment in Oxford Circus, with five days a week together as a team.
Who we're looking for
We're particularly interested in individuals who already have experience in a sales, recruitment, or commercially focused environment.
Successful applicants will typically have:
- 6+ months' experience in sales, business development, recruitment, estate agency, automotive sales, telesales, account management, or another target-driven role
- Confidence building relationships and speaking with senior professionals
- Evidence of achieving targets, KPIs, or measurable performance goals
- A resilient mindset and ability to handle setbacks positively
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
- Ambition to earn well and progress quickly
- A willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve
Previous recruitment experience is welcome but not required.
