Initial 3-month contract, with the opportunity to grow into a permanent full-time role.
*As Scozzari Group grows, there may also be opportunities for additional paid days each week* depending on our client and production calendar.
We're looking for someone to take real ownership of our social presence — both Scozzari Group's own channels and the social accounts we run for clients. This isn't just a filming role: you'll be shaping the strategy and content calendar, then bringing it to life on camera and in the edit.
WHAT YOU'LL BE BUILDING
- Building and running the content strategy and calendar across our brand and client accounts
- Planning, filming, and editing short-form content (CapCut), including appearing on camera as a brand representative
-Managing day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community activity across client social accounts
-Spotting content opportunities on studio shoots and on-location client sessions
-Reporting on performance and adjusting strategy based on what's working
Some days we’ll be creating together in London. Other days we’ll be on location with clients across Bedford, Milton Keynes, Luton and beyond. No two weeks will look exactly the same — and that’s exactly the point.
A driving licence and access to a car is preferred, as the role will involve travelling to different client locations.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong social media instinct — you know what's working on Instagram before it's obvious
- Comfortable being the face of a brand on camera
- Some understanding of running social accounts for multiple brands/clients (not just one feed)
- Comfortable picking up a phone or Osmo Pocket 3 and creating content
- Able to edit fast-paced short-form content in CapCut
- Comfortable creating content around different businesses, people and industries
- Full of ideas with strong creative instinct
- Wants to help shape Scozzari Group and the brands we work with
