What We’re Looking For:
- Confident dialing in espresso and adjusting grind throughout service
- Calm under pressure during busy brunch periods
- Friendly, switched-on and professional with customers
- High standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Able to work independently and take responsibility
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running the coffee section during service
- Maintaining quality and consistency at all times
- Supporting front of house when needed
- Taking customer orders, handling payments, and serving drinks/food
- Cleaning and resetting tables promptly
- Opening / closing duties
- Helping maintain the warm, upmarket atmosphere we’re building
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
